Excerpt from the ACA journal:
Whenever possible, choose whole fruit over fruit juices. Many fruit juices have a very high sugar content. Whole fruits typically have fiber, which slows the body's absorption of sugar, as well as additional nutrients.
Just because a product is marked "organic" does not mean it is healthful. Review the ingredient list to ensure you are getting pure juice, not organic sugar water.
An easy way to cut the amount of sugar in your juice is to water it down when you drink it. Find the ratio you like.
